Help Your Fellow Veteran

Please pass this blog site on to all you know.  Many people in the civilian world have served our great country and if they are eligible for VA funding, the information they learn from this and the follow on post can save them not only money, but can also help them control the damage to their credit.  It may even save a family or two who are suffering with the financial burdens associated with military life.

I am a Gulf War Disabled officer. As a veteran, can the VA provide a business property loan to me to purchase a restaurant?

Hello Chad, my name is John. I’m a VA Home Loan Specialist on the residential side. Having said that I wanted to provide you with some information on what you’re looking for. The VA does not lend monies for small business either for start-up or for expansion. Timing is everything, please see the link below for additional information as the SBA as of January 1st 2014, 2 plus weeks ago implented that certain loan fees will be waied for veterans who use SBA Express. Here is the link and I hope this was of help to you. This comes direct for the VA portal. Thank you for your service and I hope this porvides the answers you’re looking for.
